The Climatronic system
The 2023 Volkswagen Taos is available with VW’s advanced Climatronic dual-zone automatic climate control. This system allows you and your passenger to set a different temperature depending on your preferences. The automatic mode uses sensors to determine the temperature inside the vehicle and the level of sunlight coming in trough the windows in order to determine where the air should be directed, how forcefully it should be blown in and how hot or cold it should be. The remote start
The 2023 Volkswagen Taos is available with the remote start function, a popular feature which can be very useful in the winter, but also during summer. Indeed, using the remote start for a few minutes before you are ready to leave allows the climate control system to warm or cool the interior before you enter, thus taming the extreme temperatures that are often found inside vehicles both in the summer and in the winter. Another advantage this system has in the winter is that it allows the engine to warm up and it melts the snow over the windows, meaning that you can spend less time in the cold before driving off.
The Android Auto and Apple Car Play integration
The 2023 Volkswagen Taos comes standard with Apple Car Play and Android Auto, two features that help you stay connected behind the wheel. This can increase your comfort by making you more at ease by easily letting you play your favorite music or even by making it easy to find your way home using your phone’s navigation system through the center screen of the Taos. For an even simpler operation, the Taos Comfortline and Highline are equipped with a wireless capability for these systems, meaning that your phone can stay in your pocket or bag at all times.
