They Made the Process Effortless
I recently bought a Golf R from Farhad and Paul. Since I live in Calgary, finding a Golf R here is pretty rare. After two phone conversations, I was able to place a deposit and secure the car, while I make the 10-hour drive to Coquitlam. Once I made it there I told Farhad I wouldn't be able to take the car or do any paper today since I have my kids and errands to run. He simply replied "credit check, finance, all papers are done. You can take the car today." I was surprised since my wife spent 3 days at a Chrysler Dodge for our family van. But still, I had to go and I returned the next day, I was shocked to see Farhad since it was his day off and he agreed to watch my kids while I do the paperwork with Paul. Awesome guy in my opinion!
Working out the details with Paul was fast and easy, yet he never skipped a page and made sure I understood everything before I signed anything. Not once did he pressure me into getting something I didn't need. Every now and then I stepped out of the office to check on the kids and there I see Farhad watching over them while they play with the toys, just like he said he would.
After completing the paperwork I noticed Farhad installing my plates on the R and also helped me put my car seats in. I couldn't thank him enough for making it fast and easy, especially when my 6 and 3-year-old were with me. A huge smile on my face left, not just because of the car, but because of the amazing service I got.
Definitely recommend coming here, and I will be back for an upgrade down the road!
